SHIPPING + DELIVERY 📦

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Shipping is always free within the U.S. No minimums, no surprises. Need it quicker? Express shipping is available for a flat $5.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 2–3 business days. Most customers receive their gear within 4 days of ordering.

Who do you ship with?

We use UPS to make sure your order arrives safe and on time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We do offer international shipping—just note that international buyers cover the shipping cost.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship out of Orange County, California.

What’s your return policy?

You’ve got options:

Full refund within 7 days of delivery
Store credit up to 30 days from delivery
All returned items must be unworn, with tags, and in new condition.

Can I return everything?

Yup—no final sale items here. Every piece is eligible for return as long as it’s in new condition.

How do your clothes fit?

Most pieces run oversized for that laid-back streetwear look. Every product page has a size guide to help you pick the right fit.

What are your clothes made of?

Our tops are made from 100% cotton. Our sweatpants are 80% cotton / 20% polyester fleece for extra comfort and warmth.

How should I care for my gear?

to keep your colors crisp and prints protected, turn your garment inside out before washing. Wash without the use of fabric softeners.

How does my purchase help the homeless?

Every garment donates$3 to a local nonprofit in the city it represents. Donations are sent monthly, and totals are posted on our socials @skylinestitches.
